Serpent core is only used for large scale when you want to combo someone one the ground and there are more enemies nearby or if someone heavily SA trades in melee range. So serpent core mostly serves a protection function while comboing which however is mostly irrelevant in a 1v1. And for large scale you dont necessarily need the protected movement from MI as you cover this up with stealth engages. I noticed for me that murderous intent (MI) core is like day and night difference in 1v1 against certain matchups like sorceress, archers or rangers.

I feel so hard to fight with awk sage & awk ranger too.. VS awk sage, you just need to wait garb. You will die if you try other CCs.. VS awk ranger, you can not win without hiding..

I just recently interested into Ninja awk. I was a ninja succ a while back but im having trouble staying protected. For some reason i keep getting CC. Im wondering if Ninja just have huge desync? Whats your go to protected movement/combo? Your engagement is so clean and rarely got CC.
@@iSin_ i get cc a lot😅 The point is Ninja's cc is almost bare. And awk ninja often use the front guard. The safe way to use it is 'positioning' + 'hit and run before the opponent reacts'. The average human reaction speed is between 0.15~0.25 seconds. It takes 0.3~0.4 seconds for your opponent to react to your movements and use the instantaneous skill to hit you. In other words, after 'safe positioning' , you quickly hit with stomp, Q, malice, etc and reactivate the defense decision. By the time your opponent looks at your cc and tries to respond, your skill must have already been terminated. You'll already be in defensive judgment. So most of the top users when dealing with ninjas, they don't see and check and hit, but predict and roughly put cc. Ninja's movement skills are mostly invisible, so only after completing 'positioning' does the location reveal, and we can quickly put the cc in and out before the opponent tries to locate and hit it. So whether it's succ or awk, all ninjas You don't hit the Cc right away, It must be used in the order of 'Movement + cc + Defense Judgment'. If you catch behind the enemy in the movement, it can be the best operation

Or do you run more SA into Q skill or blade spin into succession and trow ninja star? 2) What is your go to skill rotation to time your Z dash? I seems to accidently use it time to time and got CC

Katana shower = SA CC
Intent = SA CC ( + able to back attack )
And, intent have shorter cool time.
So Intent is better 1v1
Katana shower is for nodewar,rose,red,guildleague
Not for aos,1v1
