NEXUS Gravity Roller Spiral Conveyor can be made of mild steel (RAL** paint) material and stainless steel material. The effective track width and declined angle of the spiral conveyor can be customized based on the dimension of the conveyed object.
On the multi-row rollers are applied in this project. On this type of rollers, the product goes in a circular motion. During transportation, the individual friction between products and rollers will disperse the linear velocity. Accordingly, the product will slide down within the center of the track.
