Nice demo and comparison video. The one I got was received with it's timmer head stuck in the cap. I had opened the cap in twist up motion. So, is that the reason the trimmer head got stuck inside the cap?

Never use trimmers on face. Use epilator instead of it. Trimmers make the hair thicker in long run. Trimmers cut the hair and make it thicker. Epilator removes it from the roots.. After removing use hair remover serums. You will see no hair on face with the passage of time.
