In all most all the jails these sorts of facilities are freely available at cost! Home minister/jail minister shed crocodile tears when ever such news spread! That's all. After few days when such news fade away from public memory again such facilities are extended again! Totally system failure. I am 100% sure that Darshan will come out unscathed because of our legal system. You can see how Kapil Sibal is arguing Kolkata RG medical college case! And Singhvi is also not too far behind him! If Darshan appoints one of them, then think of the outcome!?
