      We should get blue-eyes zombie dragon as a real card
      Blue-Eyes Zombie Dragon
      Blue-Eyes White Dragon + 1 Zombie Monster
      Zombie/Effect/Fusion
      Level 10 Dark
      Atk 3550 Def 2650
      Must be fusion summoned cannot be summoned by other ways. Once per turn (quick effect), if your opponent activates a card effect you can negate it and destroy it, then, if this card was summoned using mammoth graveyard you can make this card gain 1000 attack times the number of normal monsters in your graveyard. During The End Phase, if this card is destroyed by a card effect this turn and is in the graveyard, return this card to the extra deck then summon the listed materials used for the fusion summon. You can only control 1 Blue-Eyes Zombie Dragon

    • @nyanbrox5418
      @nyanbrox5418 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@pounderpolizzo7269 I don't think a quick effect negation is very fun, yugioh has too many of these, I would throw on a destruction effect that could hit 3 cards, and if one of the blue eyes was alternative then this effect could be used during either players turn,
      stuff like waking the dragon *could* be used but realistically that wouldn't give you the negation effect, so it wouldn't really be played so much like that, unlike with your version which is just a cheezy negation a combo deck could bring out,
      I'm trying to think of a way to bring something like that out with super poly and opponents zombies (or darks or something)

      With the right cards and synergy, you would be able to have more than one BEWD in the hand. Even my causal BE deck enables me to either gain more than one in my hand or Summon them to the field without much difficulty

      @harrywang9375 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      what? ultimate dragons is literally built around having 2 bewd in hand and it's literally the best skill in a former t1 deck. twin burst is used more because neo beud is basically OTK cheese that if it works, you win but if it fails, you basically lose the duel from expending all your resources onto one card. twin burst breaks boards, neo beud OTKs. Board breaking is better when the OTK is about putting all your eggs in one basket

Maybe something in the main deck like a new low level monster or something. Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon is actually the best one. There’s a card called Fist of the Unrivaled Tenyi that lets you summon a non-effect fusion from your deck for free. I’m not sure if it still sees competitive play, but it did very recently. So it actually is the best one, just not in Blue Eyes decks

    • @Goblin_Hands
      @Goblin_Hands 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@revenger8292 Alternative is far better even if you ignore TwinBurst being the easiest to summon. You can summon it via Waking the Dragons, or actually in Blue-Eyes using Abyss, which can also summon Neo BEUD if you are trying to score damage. That's better than a trap in Tenyi, an extremely unpopular deck, that probably doesn't actually use that trap very often.
      May favorite is the original BEUD, but it is definitely the worst utility-wise. It was made pretty mediocre back then because the games only had 2000 LP. It's like a Gaia the Dragon Champion but with a bit more ATK and requiring 3 of a kind which is significantly worse than just simply 3 monsters like Gate Guardian or XYZ Dragon Cannon or Valkyrion (assuming they were fusions), already worse than 2.
      In fact it is so bad people actually consider Shining an upgrade to BEUD. Shining is basically worse than Buster Blader, even if you ignore it's summoning conditions. The targeting protection wasn't useful until recent years when people stopped using S/T cards like Dark Hole, Torrential, and Mirror Force for removal (like Dragon Ruler format when they used Obelisk?) but has once again become useless with Exciton Knight, Utopia Lightning, and there are so many monsters since then that bypass targeting now or can just get rid of it.

    the 3xbewd fusion rarely come up in competitive and even casual games. The typical super poly engine with twinburst

    with neo ultimate on the very rare chance you can get all 3 and poly out.

      I enjoy that meme strategy in Duel Links actually. Using Fortune Fairies + Wonder Wand and Reloads to quickly cycle through the deck for the pieces and get tribute fodder in the way of the fairies in the process. The biggest hurdle - outside of the gimmicky/memey nature of it in general - is the fact that while Temple of Kings is farmable like crazy we only have access through 1 copy of Serket, so it ends up being a 1 and done deck.
      It's very fun to do though. I usually go for Barbaroid personally.

    Dragonmaid Changeover is another fusion spell that can help summon the different versions of ultimate dragon and it is a lot easier to get in the hand than Poly and Dragon’s mirror.
    Also my opinion the way Konami could help make it easier to get out Ultimate Dragon is a Blue eyes monster that can be treated a blue eyes white dragon while in the hand and field and can be treated as two copies of Blue eyes when used as a fusion material for Blue eyes, Neo, or alternative ultimate dragon.

    I love the Alternative Ultimate Dragon a lot... So much more than some shit like Dragoon, but then I also just hate negation effects on extra deck monsters as they feel way too accessible.
    If Blue Eyes had an archetypical Dragons Mirror (so it would be searchable by stuff like Bingo Machine Go!) Would Alternative Ultimate even be a popular target for that fusion? I would say it would depend on setup, but I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to summon a fully powered Alternative Ultimate with a (searchable) miracle-dragon fusion... Even if it limited you to just summoning dragons for the rest of the turn or something, it would still be fun to use, even if it isn't competitive

    Before watching here's my list
    TCG
    1 twin. Easiest to bring out, some form of protection, and can get rid of annoying cards that can't be destroyed by battle
    2 alternative. While hard to bring out since it "requires" main deck alternative it can destroy any 3 cards on feild and can't be destroyed by card effect
    3 neo. Honestly only reason it beats og is cuz it has an effect. Positive it has a 1 time negate otherwise it's other effect can be a doesn't matter or a negative since you need 2 Blue-Eyes fusions in your extra deck for it to attack 3 times however you also can't have any other face up cards
    3.5 if you count dragon master knight it's 4 otherwise consider it an honorable mention. Only reason it beats the og is cuz 1 you can technically bring it out with just 3 cards and it has a higher attack and an effect but otherwise it's just a worse dark paladin
    And in last place the og Blue-Eyes ultimate dragon. It's a 4500 beat stick that needs 3 Blue-Eyes white dragons to summon and that's it

      I'm sorry, I never liked that card. It always had such little appeal to me. In fact I actually hate that card with a passion, it is a blight on mankind.
      Appearance-wise, it only has one head (WHERE ARE THE OTHER HEADS????) with no arms (looking like REDD, REDMD, NBEUD aka a Wyvern) and didn't even look anything like a Blue-Eyes. We trade a super badass triple-headed actual Blue-Eyes for something that looks worse than a Blue-Eyes Jet. Eclipse Wyvern looks more like a Blue-Eyes.
      Power-wise, inherently, it only has 4200 ATK unless you have a bunch of other Dragons [Kaiba ironically did not have many others, those being Hyozanryu, Different Dimension Dragon, Paladin of White Dragon and Rare Metal Dragon, even Kaiser Glider and Fang of Critias weren't used until Dartz and Pitch Dark Dragon after that (Thunder Dragons are Thunder and XYZ is machine) and the DSOD movie is years later.] It's even worse if using Dragon's Mirror, putting it at 3300 ATK, making it even worse than Gate Guardian or Ultimate Great Moth.
      It also has a mediocre effect that can't even save it from Mirror Force, Dark Hole, Raigeki, D.D. Warrior Lady, Wall of Illusion, Smashing Ground, Fissure, Hammer Shot, Grand Mole, etc basically the cards that count and plus it even made us wait several years to be able to play it since BEUD came out so late.
      It's not even a practical card either, you have to draw it in addition to having BEUD out. If you ONLY tributed a BEWD, it's basically as terrible as Metalzoa, Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon, or Gate Guardian and Great Moths, probably worse since at least the first 2 can be summoned from the deck. But the problem isn't even comparable because this is BEUD we are talking about tributing. What's funny is that Yugi's Ace Dark Paladin is MUCH better! With 1 Dragon in the GYs it is already 3400, making it 100 points stronger, but the problem increases from there, for each dragon, Paladin will get an extra +200 ATK more than Shining, hell, even Buster Blader surpasses it once the opponent has 2 or more Dragons in their GY, and even Dragon Master Knight is better. PATHETIC. And USELESS USELESS USELESS USELESS USELESS USELESS USELESS USELESS USELESS!
      Story-wise, it cheated Kaiba from a win in the movie, Paladin of White Dragon should have counted in GY as a Dragon, giving it an extra 300 ATK, enough to defeat Yugi. Kaiba couldn't even win the duel because he got interrupted and the dummy destroyed his own Shining. It being strong enough to beat the Gods made absolutely no sense whatsoever, all it would have is 200 more ATK than Obelisk, BEUD had 500 more ATK! Even if you used Megamorph to increase it's ATK, it only would double it's original ATK. And in no version would it survive ANY of the Gods, it would never have the power to survive infinite ATK and it can't even survive the TCG monster nuke of Obelisk, or Slifer's non-targeting second jaw either, maybe only Ra's small pop effect but nobody uses that when they'd just run it over.
      Oh wait, you probably weren't even serious. My fault. People do actually like this card for some reason, but for me it is the worst card in the game for making people think it is anything other than a joke.

      Neo is hardly ever used due to you needing all 3 in your hand/field (with Alternative on the field as a replacement for one of them) and that rarely happens, and when it is there are usually safer options to go into. However, when it DOES get summoned then the BE player usually wins, as that's the equivalent of a 27000 beatstick (9000 x3) in the TCG with potential targeting protection if they get rid of it outside of Karma Cut.

      @@Goblin_Hands DL has its lifepoints halved down to 4000 like the anime, so a 4500 atk monster in DL is effectively a 9000 atk monster in the tcg.
      It's the main reason they started halving vurn cards like lava golem; 1000 points of burn every turn requires the thing to sit in your opponent's field for multiple turns to do any significant chunks of damage, but in DL - that's a quarter of your LP for the cost of a single normal summon. But now that lava golem burns for 500 every turn in DL, it requires the same amount of turns to burn you to death as it does in the tcg.

    Shame this starts with only a few positives but the rest just drops into negatives due to how the modern game is.
    Ultimate Dragon for me was in a different setting as I was already aware of what cards the OCG had and that the TCG had to play catch-up for quite some time. Since I played the game more casually, friends and I were using Japanese cards along with English ones (cause that made sense) and just played the game as up to date as possible so the GX monsters weren't around at the time. Cards like Cyber Stein + Megamorph with Ultimate Dragon was more with the times. Gotta remember that Ultimate Dragon in the TCG came 2 years AFTER Shining Dragon (that required Ultimate Dragon to use) which was ridiculous with how slow we were getting cards.

    I'd LOVE it if Konami released a red-eyes fusion for blue-eyes with SDK art background as the poly art. It's got to be
    nerfed compared to RE fusion for sure. Eg. only 1 material from deck. other 2 can be from hand/field. OncePerTurn, can't summon(can set) this turn. Then you only need to open 2blue-eyes, 1fusion spell for casual fun games and maybe some
    rouge experimentation.

    • @Goblin_Hands
      @Goblin_Hands 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The restriction to not summon is completely unnecessary because you're still using 3 cards to summon something, not 1. That's the whole point as to why REF had that restriction, because it was 1 card only to summon the Fusions. REF was never OP until Dragoon came out, and Blue-Eyes doesn't have any Fusions close to as useful as Dragoon even ignoring their summoning requirements.
