This addon is getting updated soon because it makes the vanilla mobs like creeper zombies and etc rarely spawn so they’re changing the spawn rate for the addon mobs so the vanilla mobs can spawn more instead of the addon ones and fog is getting removed due to it crashing mobile devices and will replace it with something else
Does this mean add ons like the alien invasion would be more easily able to play? I liked that interesting add on but the spawns was out of control. Would love to still add to a world one day
@@Dravenick not necessarily the fog is being removed as it makes most devices (series s,ps4, xbox one and mobile go from 60fps to 15) itll be replaced with a draw distance fog instead of animated close up fog
@@nicoflores9728 hopefully the spawn rates for that one will be fixed also I just know a couple details that are being fixed from the creator like some mobs will be able to break doors possibly glass also
I have the horror survival addon , the more ores addon , the magic spells addon , the health bar addon , all on the realismo craft mashup.... Is the best mod pack for bedrock edition for me .... Sometimes the game crash because there are lot of addon but do anyone now how to "dont crash"
@@Ang3la990s I use a good chunk of add-ons that add a lot of blocks like all the wool, paint, colorful concrete, and it's glass variant pretty commonly in my addon worlds

I wish Slender acted more like Herobrine from the mod From The Fog, who just watches you from afar, and he only gets aggressive when picking up the papers.
It's a great add-on but I think it needs a buff for the health and attack of the monsters, since yo can easily get sharpness 10 it might get boring to just insta kill all of them, it should be more terrifying and challenging. But that's my opinion
Sadly heard the animated fog is going away because of problems with other devices. That would be the one feature that tempts me to buy this as a horror add-on (fog makes everything more spooky) but without it, I don't think I'll be getting it.
Hello, one of the devs here! We've discussed the fog internally, and after seeing how much people love it, we decided to keep it. However, we will add more settings for the fog item to allow players to choose their play style. Thank you for the feedback!
Patch update for HORROR SURVIVAL - serpent now drops items, although only 40 % of the time - serpent despawns during the day time - serpent should no longer follow the player through water - balanced the mob spawning rate, it will now spawn a horror mob 36% of the time at night according to the maths - added in a new item called the ancient tome that will only be obtainable from loot drops on the most difficult mobs. this item is required to trade with the OP trader. So it should balance this - werewolfs follow distance was increased so a pack can now track you from further distances away. We did reduce the speed of them however because it didnt fit the animation. Updates to this mob will likely be in a future larger content update - changed the shadowlurks hitbox - heartstealer fang resets on death - push a potential fix for mobs spawning at any light level (maybe Minecraft bug?) - added lore on dark essence, repair essence and the new ancient tome item - all monsters are now nameable - added in wandering trader code functionality for the merchants. - added soulstare toggle - monsters now drop xp - golden talisman and haunted crystal bug fixes. I may have missed a few things, but should be a good step towards getting this more balanced. Expect more balance and bug fixings next week after the update goes live. The update will not be reviewed until the monday next week.
@@LampadaLED just similar words man. not a massive issue. furry and fury look similar, same as wraith and wrath. they arent too far off pronunciation wise as well, so if you arent really looking you might mess up and just roll with it

I personally dont have a problem with it at all considering its giving credit and funds to the creators of the addons and most of them, even the high end ones, are really cheap. 2-3 dollars for a mod that adds tons of new content? Sign me the hell up
Favorite part of This entire mod Isn’t even The monsters or even The Items it’s The Fact That it now plays nether music during The night… it sounds simple but it is absolutely amazing For being more atmospheric
The mod creators should definitely turn the giant spider, slenderman and some other mobs into whole boss fights with more drops and hp bars like the wither or enderdragons, also just buff multiple if not most of the mobs alot because most of them do like no damage once you have iron armor, which is pretty easy to get. That alone makes the mobs not scary in itself. But I do love the add on and I think they can do alot with it
Did he recently update this add-on? I was just playing it a few days ago, and when i logged on today, the enemies arent dropping things much at all, and i lost the extra hearts I had from the heartstealer fangs. A little upset about it.
Hi Ecko. Would you suggest this addon or the Dwellers Mod. I have watched both and I am not sure since the dwellers is definitely more atmospheric and scary but this mod has a lot of progression with armor etc that the dwellers mod doesn't have. I guess the dwellers mod could get updated with new useful items but as of right now I dont know

There’s these stupid bird things that spawn more than they’re supposed to I think and it makes the game nearly impossible. I think it’ll be really cool when updated. It’s similar to rl craft kind of. @@ruinedstarget a cartographer and get a trial chamber map, and he usually sells it on the third or fourth level up. after that follow it until you get to the chamber. There are also some free trial chamber cons Eric rewards, but for some reason the free head wouldn’t show up on my locker? Idk why. If your playing on PlayStation don’t bother though, because the free cosmetic you get from achievements don’t work. Microsoft doesn’t really care about fixing PlayStations problems 😢 the other day I bought a pack and it took my money but didn’t give me the minecoins and worlds, so be careful for that if your on PlayStation.
So this wasn't mentioned but I did some research ancient tome is very very very rare to find dungeons have a small chance to obtain it however this chance increased by 80% in a stronghold but there is also another thing there is a settings tool but it's from another add on but it allows you to change the difficulty to apocalyptic I put this on ultimate apocalyptic and it increases loot by 500% but the mobs are also a lot stronger this setting tool however is only available through commands or creative there is a armour set addon witch allows you to enter creative for 10 seconds if you are lucky enough the armour is called game armour kill warden to get the fragments you need sculk catayst to craft it long story short I got the setting tool changed to highest difficulty and luckily 1 of the horror mobs dropped the ancient tome
If I'm being honest I'd like to see more individual asset creations. (Just add monsters or items so I can pick and choose what gets added.) A zombie apocalypse or just horror entities without added crafting items would be nice. I don't like being pigeon holed into OP gear... unless it's a back back😅
An update has been released HORROR SURVIVAL Add-On: All of these changes were based off of community suggestions: - The fog now has multiple settings you can choose from. - Mob spawn rate has been reduced. - Mob health has been increased up to 75 to 100% more. - The OP enchants have been nerfed. They require the vanilla enchants to obtain the OP version. - The Ore merchant has been nerfed. - Swords damage has been nerfed. - Swords have harder crafting recipes. - Night necklaces recipe is harder to craft. - Various other bug fixes This is just the first round of balance, it may take multiple so please keep the feedback coming. Does this take anything away from the game? Do all of the normal in-game mobs still spawn? Does this have any effect on the nether / end? I'd like to start a survival world with this addon but I'd like to be able to actually beat the game slay the dragon and the Wither and all those things
I've played this mod with my friends holy its so overpowered. The abomination armor and the villager trades with sharpeness 10 its crazy. You basically can't die if you put the right enchantments and made the game boring fast. Don't buy if you want a challenge but buy if you are needing to be overpowered ofc.
@p_l_q381 ancient tombs for abomination armor? The horror mobs spawn at night and the abomination is the tall tree dude. For the villagers I think it's the night necklace fir the extra abilities.

How strong are the monsters? Some of these monster mods always make the monsters super OP so while it makes sense it can be a bit annoying at times if you're playing a non hardcore game
@@eckotheir planning on increasing their hp and decreasing spawn rates also dmg will be increased as if you have the best tools and weapons from the addon you can one tap all mobs without criting

Do you know the drop rate for the ancient tombs? I've killed so many of the harder monsters, and I've yet to get one.🤣😭

I just want an add-on for parasites or for a single extremely dangerous mob that will stalk me and eventually try to attack.
Get the dwellers add on you can toggle which ones spawn, have only one or all of them
There is a bug where you can’t use the strength effect with this addon active, I really hope this gets fixed.

they did. the heartstealer fang hearts now go away upon death and the droprates changed i believe so things are a little harder to achieve and gather
When I look at some of these Addons I imagine them being used in adventure maps and custom dungeons. This one has potential

I had a bug where it looked like someone spawned 1000 crows in one place and it was soooo laggy.

This addon plus the reality addon and the real light addon are a perfect mix.
Don’t mix it with the new fairytales addon or you’ll have a hard time 😂 and the fog shaders texture pack looks amazing with the data pack too.

@@ruinedstarget a cartographer and get a trial chamber map, and he usually sells it on the third or fourth level up. after that follow it until you get to the chamber. There are also some free trial chamber cons Eric rewards, but for some reason the free head wouldn’t show up on my locker? Idk why. If your playing on PlayStation don’t bother though, because the free cosmetic you get from achievements don’t work. Microsoft doesn’t really care about fixing PlayStations problems 😢 the other day I bought a pack and it took my money but didn’t give me the minecoins and worlds, so be careful for that if your on PlayStation.

How do I get the ancient tomb?
So this wasn't mentioned but I did some research ancient tome is very very very rare to find dungeons have a small chance to obtain it however this chance increased by 80% in a stronghold but there is also another thing there is a settings tool but it's from another add on but it allows you to change the difficulty to apocalyptic I put this on ultimate apocalyptic and it increases loot by 500% but the mobs are also a lot stronger this setting tool however is only available through commands or creative there is a armour set addon witch allows you to enter creative for 10 seconds if you are lucky enough the armour is called game armour kill warden to get the fragments you need sculk catayst to craft it long story short I got the setting tool changed to highest difficulty and luckily 1 of the horror mobs dropped the ancient tome

If I'm being honest I'd like to see more individual asset creations. (Just add monsters or items so I can pick and choose what gets added.) A zombie apocalypse or just horror entities without added crafting items would be nice. I don't like being pigeon holed into OP gear... unless it's a back back😅

All of these changes were based off of community suggestions:
- The fog now has multiple settings you can choose from.
- Mob spawn rate has been reduced.
- Mob health has been increased up to 75 to 100% more.
- The OP enchants have been nerfed. They require the vanilla enchants to obtain the OP version.
- The Ore merchant has been nerfed.
- Swords damage has been nerfed.
- Swords have harder crafting recipes.
- Night necklaces recipe is harder to craft.
- Various other bug fixes

Does this take anything away from the game? Do all of the normal in-game mobs still spawn? Does this have any effect on the nether / end? I'd like to start a survival world with this addon but I'd like to be able to actually beat the game slay the dragon and the Wither and all those things
I've played this mod with my friends holy its so overpowered. The abomination armor and the villager trades with sharpeness 10 its crazy. You basically can't die if you put the right enchantments and made the game boring fast. Don't buy if you want a challenge but buy if you are needing to be overpowered ofc.

@p_l_q381 ancient tombs for abomination armor? The horror mobs spawn at night and the abomination is the tall tree dude. For the villagers I think it's the night necklace fir the extra abilities.

How strong are the monsters? Some of these monster mods always make the monsters super OP so while it makes sense it can be a bit annoying at times if you're playing a non hardcore game
Very strong, but quite balanced. Some will tear you apart! Others not so much
@@eckotheir planning on increasing their hp and decreasing spawn rates also dmg will be increased as if you have the best tools and weapons from the addon you can one tap all mobs without criting
