Buy a Capture Card or Stream your gameplay and import it to youtube, ps4 and xbox one have built in apps to stream to twitch with ps4 can also stream to youtube.

Blackmoss the Fetid probably gears 2 for story, Gears 3 for multiplayer but overall likely gears 1 since I started with that one.
