@@BlueDice_ Anti concrete shell is better, like a busted APHE. HE isn't reliable, HE physics in this game kinda sucks, the tracks absorbs the entire HE explosives if you hit it wrong.
After a long day of grinding top tier, it is nice to go back to low tier and have a little fun
Especially after getting your gun breech getting shot out 5 times in a row by APFSDS

I use the one which isn’t HE but filled with a litte bit of explosive so it can penetrate a little bit at least
