There is significant difference in calculation timings of EX & CW (CW is faster most of the times by 2-5 seconds), however you are correct that CW is more complex to use in comparison to EX..

oreva or-750 ms is best you solve matrix up to 3*3 and cubic equation , polar form ,a+ib for anyone looking best cheap calculator it's either oreva or-750 ms or Flair 100 ms (best for electronics students)

Well i am studying electrical engineering too and i have used all four of casio calculator (ms ,es plus , ex and cw ) not intensively. Though es is a lot slower , i didn't felt the lack of speed that much. Maybe in integration and while using solver for solving very complex equation. But one thing i find very annoying in cw is you need to press way to button much to do simple task and that slow me down way more . Ex is great as it has speed and you dont need to press to much button .

Sir CW needs practice and fast strokes for fast calculation that's what CW owner need to master I also have CW and I don't find this key issue ❤

@madhurbhargava7781 CW is an excellent calculator, to be honest, brother. Moreover, you can enhance your typing speed to a level where, while an average student types 2-3 buttons, you could press 5-6. However, with that level of speed, you will be significantly faster with Casio FX EX series calculators.

After seeing many videos i found that casio 991 cw is missing of lcm and gcd feature and also company is not giving colon feature which are used to execute multiple statements like 2+2:3+3.
So its request to all first do proper research while buying any calculator. May be in hurry today you will regret tomorrow.
