Most nail techs use smaller brushes but I can see why using a larger one is better. It's just faster if you're doing one color. If you know what you're doing you can get more clients in and most nail salon seem to prefer acrylic over gel or polygel.

Hi girls out there!
If you ever think about getting acrylics, please don't
Although the acrylics are absolutely gorgeous, they can make your nails thin , break easily when removed, and damages your natural nails. I would recommend SNS, because it makes your nails stronger, and healthier when replacing SNS for a new set, it is expensive nor that much. BUT PAYING to get your acrylics re done (know as acrylics infill) it is very expensive, and it is never worth it. When your natural nails under the acrylics grow, it makes a gap between your cuticles Nd acrylics which only lasts about a month before the acrylics reach the middle which is when you have to go to the salons to pay for expensive Infills. When you have SNS, gaps never appear so your nails will always look fresh just like you just got them done! Plus, you would usually get the SNS re done around 4 to 6 months!
