This song is depressing and I was depressed about a year ago and I was very sad I tried several times to cut my veins and once I did and passed out waking at the hospital but then I started getting medication I was depressed beacause I did a big sergury for my kidney and that gave me trauma till today I can’t forget but it’s time to regret and accept what happened to me

I worked for several years as a suicide hotline volunteer, and I hoped that by providing resources, as well as words of hope and encouragement, I could be that voice that might help someone who was feeling alone and desperate to make it for another hour, another day. You could be that voice if you know someone who is experiencing anxiety or depression First, be a listener, and then let them know that you care.
