It's private because it takes time to import maps on roblox and there's only some of them that can import maps to roblox. And I'll make Hazel's comment more clear, he said that if you join a cc(Car Community) in roblox you will need admin in order to spawn your car but the owner doesn't want the game to be public unless he wants to because roblox is mainly a kid game and the owner doesn't want immature kids ruining the game. You'll need to verify yourself first before entering and spawning a car.
