X6 complaints and it effects the whole departments bond insurance. At 6 complaints (it varies for different states) it will flag their bond insurance. The insurance will want to raise the bond since the officer is now a liability. The department will fire the cop so their bond won’t be raised. Other departments will not want to hire this individual cop. Making complaints at the police station usually does nothing to them directly and for the most part since it’s internal and they protect each other. With the official misconduct complaint if multiple cops are involved you should fill each complaint out on its own complaint form or they will treat it as one single complaint. In this case you should go in a few times to file the same complaint separately depending on how many cops are involved. You can probably do two separate complaints at once but more than that you may have to go in on another day or at a different time of the day.
Your tenacity is exactly what is needed to show the police department that they just need to open the door and answer your questions. They don’t want to have to deal with this from so many different auditors in the future. Mission division needs a day of mass audit. Sunrise to sunset every movement any sgt makes needs to be documented. Every decision recorded and checked. Every use of force questioned. If they are this openly corrupt in front of a camera what are they doing when they think no one is watching. oh they have body cameras, which only catch what they need to jam you up over nothing. all the rest of the time the camera malfunctioned or the file was corrupted (yeah because a LAPD office touched the camera and corruption rubs off)

Is that your personal car or is it a rental? I wouldn't take his threat lightly. Apparently they have some unofficial database with the "undesirables" that "caused them problems". And when they run your licence plate , even if you have no record of arrest and no warrants and are not on parole or on bail or anything, they can still see you in that database and that's like an official "permission to fuck with". See man this is what I mean, I don't wanna beat a dead horse but it's all about POWER. What powers do Karens and bootlickers have? They have powers of annoyance but that's about it. But this piece of shit cop has a lot of power and and he's clearly not shy about abusing it. It makes me sick how brazen he is to threaten a private citizen like that, and ON CAMERA. What is he doing when he's not on camera? "I'm gonna remember you" - see that's one of the reason I don't think I could do an audit or cop-watch, because shit like this is making my blood boil. Mission division needs a day of mass audit. Sunrise to sunset every movement any sgt makes needs to be documented. Every decision recorded and checked. Every use of force questioned. If they are this openly corrupt in front of a camera what are they doing when they think no one is watching. oh they have body cameras, which only catch what they need to jam you up over nothing. all the rest of the time the camera malfunctioned or the file was corrupted (yeah because a LAPD office touched the camera and corruption rubs off)
