Wow even added the score now, amazing!!
Have you thought about switching to a better soundfont?
There is a software called musescore which is completely free and I believe would create a much more realistic sound!
I don't know which software you used so far but I'm sure you can export a midi file of the operas you already did, and import it them into musescore!

I've tried MuseScore, but my issues with it are that the software itself is still very clunky (though gradually improving over time), the sound of their instruments isn't quite as good as what I'm using for an orchestra as a whole, and they don't offer any support for third party VSTs to let me fill in the gaps with some better-sounding instruments where needed.
I'm currently using an admittedly VERY outdated version of Garritan instruments for these videos that I got a long time ago. I've tried out a few free instruments and other VSTs and DAWs and although there are some good ones, their individual instruments all have the problem of being recorded in separate environments, making them sound like they've come from different universes. If this channel ever becomes profitable enough, I might be tempted to purchase more up-to-date and better quality soundfonts/VST/DAW, but that time hasn't come quite yet.
