      Thank you, I want to help others. The lack of time working a lot makes it very hard to do and investigate things. Expect more help videos and more trips and tricks coming soon. One video I finished last night but thumbnails can be difficult and is holding back the release... Any TRS 3.5mm microphone to android mobile... Also works to PC without an audio interface. Next video planned Zoom F3 hot tip 3 video. Next after Sennheiser MKH50. Saramonic didn't send me the blinkME they said they were sending it seems.

    Hi! I'm a bass baritone, so I have a decent deep voice. I enjoy voiceover and singing. What microphone do you recommend for my tone? I don't want my voice to sound muffled, so perhaps something that boosts the bass even more isn't my first choice.

      Audio technica AT4040 has better low and high response compared to the AT2035. for low cost the Presonus PX1 is impressive. I reviewed those other mic's BUT the Presonus was one of my first videos on this channel. I used it mainly for cartoon characters and advertising voices.

      The Lewitt 540 sub zero is a beautiful mic that has a natural tone with extremely low self noise but isn't cheap. I have a video comparing the AT4040 and the AT2035 on this channel as well. The differences are very small but are important for pure accuracy but double the cost difference is questionable.

      Yes because AT2035 because the lower noise floor. If you want the best microphone without paying huge the AT4040 i also reviewed is better, has better pitch noise response for lows and highs. The PM500 is going to make you sound a bit better depending on the pitch of your voice if you are looking for a little more push in the low tones but again with more sound in the silence... The hiss in the silence can be removed. Refer to my *hot tips* video playlist for that information.

      @sparketech 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Sennheiser MKE600 is a great choice for an untreated rooms but at 3 to 4 times the cost. I have 2 videos for that mic one with singing and playing guitar refer to my video description of that review to find my other video on my other channel. PS. To reduce echo for cheap get some moving blankets and put them on the wall towards the wall you are singing or place some furniture on that wall.

    Hi, I like the value with the PM500. How can I eliminate the noise when trying to be silent? With an audio mixer setting? Let me know if you have a video for some specifics on that? Thanks!

      Hiss can be reduced with a good loud audio interface or it can be edited out

      If your gain levels are too high on your audio mixer it'll cause hiss as well.

    what will you choose for doing song covers AT2020 or this maono PM500?

    • @sparkestudio
      @sparkestudio  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have never used the AT2020, but I did notice that the AT2035 has a bit of a compressed sound stage on the high end and low end. I'd figure that the AT2020 would be pushing the compressed sound further. I'd choose the PM500, just keep one thing in mind. The PM500 requires more gain than the Audio Technica mics, you'd want a good audio interface used with it.

    I've no idea what You meant by "depending on what tones you prefer" is there a mic that doesn't changes tone alot? How do i know what tone is suitbel for me?

    • @sparkestudio
      @sparkestudio  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This mic adds a deeper tone to your voice. Do you want a deeper tone or is that bad for your voice? Some mics are more natural but I prefer the bold tone because my voice isn't at all deep

    • @poker4501
      @poker4501 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@sparkestudio do you have a way to check if the mic push a deeper tone?, or do you have any mic recommendation that doesn't changes the the tone of your voice?

    • @sparkestudio
      @sparkestudio  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@poker4501 Even the famous SM7B pushes a deeper tone, that so called God tone people love that this mic also has.
      If you want nature try Lewitt lct 440 which has insanely low self noise, or Se Electronics VR1 but it has somewhat high self noise but a very natural sound that is especially beautiful sounding for recording instruments.
      The biggest question is what are you using the microphone for? Do you want to be close to the mic or at least have it out of the scene like I do in nearly all my videos when doing reviews of studio and camera gear on this channel.
      If you want a Mic to use out of the scene the next question is are you using it inside or outside? Is it a treated room with sound dampening or not. For natural tone and all of my movie recording like the Batman movie I made I use the Rode NTG 5 which I review on this channel. I have piles of microphone compare videos and use case videos.
      Here's a good round up video
      th-cam.com/video/tPTFXsw4P9k/w-d-xo.html
      and here is the NTG 5
      th-cam.com/video/r6zdruyMc5M/w-d-xo.html
      Problem is that it is impossible for me to know the sound you want but if you want to sound completely natural there are piles of options. Most condenser mics pick up everything and are HORRIBLE in untreated rooms where any form of sound bounce happens. Dynamic mics are less sensitive but are generally good for an room that may have sound bouncing of hard flat walls like the MV7 and SM7B but they are not natural tone.

    • @sparkestudio
      @sparkestudio  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@poker4501 If you want a good mic for the price with most natural sound and quality fort the price AT2035 is the more natural sounding of the 2. The AT4040 has a wider sound stage nearly identical sound to the AT2035 at double the price. If you are intending to do pro level audio / singing for the price paid. My MKH 50 video with the comparison of the other mics should have given a great idea for sound. The SE Electronics SE8 I really liked but it needs to be fairly close at 1 foot away at furthest to as close as 6" away for best results. I purchased it for use in a room with hard walls where sound bouncing can happen.

    Hi why AKG is suitable for Singing

    • @sparkestudio
      @sparkestudio  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The mics can be for low cost I'd recommend the Audio-Technica AT2020 for better audio. The cheap AKG P120 can work still but we are getting into less profections in pure sound but when not going for studio recording quality they could be good enough for people on a budget. The Audio-Techinca AT2035 is impressive for the price at a higher price.

      Recommended mics are also a price thing... The cheapest mic option could be the PreSonus PX1. For great sound that is accurate and you'll need a pop filter for it is the mic I personally use for all my videos the Audio-technica AT4040. If you look at my playlist I have mic vs mic tests and "professional" mics that I tested to give you more ideas. The AT4040 is my #1 choice but not cheap.

      @@itame1686 Lewitt makes nice mics. The price has jumped up a lot on their products. I really wanted to try the 640 subzero zero self noise mic. The 440 for myself is where I would start if I want pro quality with low self noise. The 240 isn't bad, but the 440 Pure is quite the jump

      @@itame1686 the PreSonus is super cheap. Mentioned it is looking for low cost, the PM500 is low cost. That is why I suggested the AT4040 for quality but at a higher price. I don't know. I heard the name spoken 2 different ways and the way you wrote it would sound different than anyone else I heard. However the way you wrote sounds pronounced as a Chinese name would be spoken. In Canada and USA spoken that way would have everyone puzzled. Often names I spoke differently here and are given a nickname. I work with several people from China, at the LNG Canada Project.
