I visited the Ritz Carlton residences 2 years ago and they really need a complete refurbishment of the whole place, it looks old dear .. furthermorr there is nothing around the building (market, restaurants, 7/11 stores etc), they only got the monorail😅. Afterwards my agent proposed me four seasons residences which I choose without second thoughts😂.

I wanted to know how much the condominium expenses are per month and whether the cost of electricity is included in those condominium expenses.
