The competition is too high. Being a Pakistani, buying a motor is expensive and its very hard to buy one with current price. I have started earning well but I know that time when our water motor broke and my father was stressed for months. He and my brothers carried water to home for drinking.

These electric motors are very good. these are used in Pakistan to pump water from a ground level water tank and they pump water to 3th or 4th floor of a building easily. These electric motors usually last 40 to 50 years. Much longer then many household electric motors, in electrical appliances I have seen in US.

Apparently none of that matters. I am very impressed by the man who winds the coils. I can't begin counting turns as fast as he can.
Also amazing that the insulation of the copper wire goes along with this treatment.

Of course this is all ancient technology - BUT, the fact that most of it is done in one place and people are familiar with the actual process is interesting!
In modern factories many people only do a tiny part of the creation.
This is probably 1/10th as efficient as a modern factory, but something the market doesn't need so many motors so it may not be worthwhile to invest in automation.
Back in the 80s and 90s I used to work in a factory where they also made electric motors.
This process is pretty ancient even by the standards back then.
I wonder what their injury rate/chronic health issue rate is?

Edit: I can underatand now undesrstand that how difficult is manufacturing without a computer.
A lot of effforts are required here , which deserves atleast a like from oursides.

Лак изоляция не обливается с верху,а окунается двигатель полностью до прекращения выделения пузырьков,это показатель,что лак изоляция пропиталась везде между обмотками,потом сушка двигателя в печи ,зачистка лобовых посадочных мест под крышку и зачистка резьбовых мест и отверстий и потом сборка.
Это очень дорого ! И долго ! Перерасход лака ! У них там все на коленках , босые с голыми руками! Это не в СССР с конскими запасами
Судя по объёму производства: план с потребностями бьётся? Бьётся! Так чего ещё надо! Ну выгорит обмотка под нагрузкой! Так Базарчик под боком там кустарь одиночка "на коленке" переберёт этот двигатель! И все всем будут довольны!🤣

This is Pakistan. They are really down to earth Workers and creating many products at ease.
Reason is most of the Blacksmiths and other Garage workers from Uttarpradesh Migrated to Pakistan.
They are excellent 😊 workers too.
But they have poor facilities.
Hope Pakistanis realise though we are Hindus are not against them.
Now Indians are rich, we could have helped had we been in confederation
