You have to know the 1D Proton and 1D carbon NMR of Host, Guest, and inclusion (both together). Assign the peaks and then you can get idea by HMBC, HSQC and NOESY.

I don’t think so. Although it depends on the molecular weight and density in solution. But for small molecules and or close molecular weight may be the same. It is experimental to check.

Dear Crabcrab2024, I got it what you meant. Actually during lecture sometimes this small mistakes happen. And I normally make my videos from my passion so I stay excited while delivering lectures. But I know I should be more cautious. I forgot I was connecting chain in a aromatic ring but I believe viewers will understand what I actually wanted to show.
