10% understanding 50% familiar words but can’t recall the meaning 40% not in my brain. Long way to go thanks.
Almost same results haha
language learning is all about progressing step by step, you'll get there as long as you persist :)
I understood about 50%, and even a bit more on second listen (without subtitles). feel free to brag about your progress as well lol. always gives some motivation. but do stay humble
Keep going! It's good to recognise shortcomings rather than getting discouraged, so you already have the right mindset
Yeah I understand the context but not all the words...I think Iam still at N4..😅
Please more N3 Practice content.
From the end of this week, I will be posting conversation videos from JLPT N3. Stay tuned, thank you!
Practice 1
0:29 without subtitles
1:39 with subtitles
2:50 without subtitles again
Practice 2
4:00 without subtitles
5:14 with subtitles
6:29 without subtitles again
Practice 3
7:42 without subtitles
8:34 with subtitles
9:26 without subtitles again
So nice :D
I got the whole general idea and information of what you're saying but few words. I think I know around 70% of the words you said. More N3 content please!! Thank you mochi!
I understand most of the words but not the sentences. This is where I struggle the most in learning Japanese.
Ditto
Sounds like you need to immerse more. You're probably learning a lot of words in anki, but not in real context. How much are you immersing? The golden standard is 2 hours everyday.
I recommend lots of listening practice, do it like in this video, listen to something and when you hit a point you don't understand, finish the sentence/scene and then go back and listen to the part you didn't understand again but with subtitles on, paying attention to the audio and trying to understand it before going through it again without subtitles.
Uninterrupted passive listening can also be good, like when I go to bed I often put on a livestream or an audiobook in Japanese and just listen to it, you won't necessarily notice immediate results or 'learn' anything, per se, but it gets your ears familiar with the flow of the language and you slowly start understanding without having to actually think too much about it.
@@lcg8220any recommendations an N4 ish learner can use for listening comprehension
I'm the opposite, I know what the sentence means even though I'm not sure about some words meanings
Thanks. There were some words I wasn't familiar with but I could understand over 90% of the speech 😁
I don't know why but compared to n5, i feel like this talking speed is much easier to understand. Thankyou sensei
I think because N5 is unnaturally slow imo
In the n5 I'd forget the start of the sentence by the time it got to the end.
many thanks, very helpful
Such a useful video😊 thank you!
N5 and N4 were easy to understand, and I was able to get most of the meaning here, but some of the nuance escaped me, like 気味 "feeling (sick)" and I realized I somehow completely ignored the 九日 and my brain just went "some number of days" and didn't even bother trying to recall what number it actually is
N3レベルまた作りますね!

嬉しかった。作ってくれてありがとうございました。
ありがとう、Mochi sensei. とても勉強になりました☺️
Thanks!
ありがとうございます!✨
These exercises are a blast!❤❤❤
Very good, thank you
完璧に理解できました!うれしいです!
すごすぎます!これからも頑張って!
勉強になる!。ありがとうございます🍎
またみてね!
Love this❤Please more N3 and causal words and sentences used in conversation
全部わかりました!ありがとうございました
全部!すばらしいですね〜✨
Thank you.
Thank you Mochi-sensei! I appreciate these videos. I'm not quite at this level yet, but when I am, I know 100% I will be re-visiting your videos again ^-^ thank you again
Thanks! Now, I know my level.
Beautiful sensei mochi ♥️🥰
Thanks
N3 の聴解載せてくれてありがとう!めっちゃたのしかったです。❤
It's so fun practicing N3! I like the challenge even though i still need to pause😅
Best channel I ever learned Japanese
特徴ってゆう言葉以外で全部理解できたから良かった!日本語を聞くのは久しぶりから心配していた
Understood 80% because I had unknown vocabulary!
you learned new vocabulary!
holy moly I understand!!
Thank you so much, Mochi! I'm not at N3 level yet, but the subtitles are helping me learn. More N4 and N3 content would be so nice! :)
im already looking forward to the N2 level video :D
日本語を教えてくれて、ありがとうございます。
Makes me feel pretty confident haha, I had initially tried to book N2 but wanted to play things safe a little... Thanks for the video!
すばらしいです!
Wow this was easier than I expected
この聞き取りの練習3つの十分の七よく分かりましたけど、難しいところもありますと思う。例えば、文法にはまだ勉強しなかったところがありますから、「ずに」とか「くしゃみ」もわかりませんでした。ビデオの作業することをがんばってください!
I love learning Japanese this way
For me it's still a dream to be able to follow a video of this level. But I watched it anyway just to listen to my favorite Japanese teacher! 😊❤️🇯🇵🇮🇹
80~90%ぐらい分かりました!🎉
言葉や表現がほぼ分かりましたが、100%理解すること、考えずに自分から口に出せるまではまだしにくいです。伝えるかな?
無意識に聞く言葉を意味にすること。
実は去年N3やりましたが、これは会話をする時にちょっと問題になります。でもなんとかなるさ!
会話むずかしいですよね!練習あるのみです!
I will say i understand 40 to 30% thanks so much sensei
まだ完璧のように分からないけどモト先生のペイスが凄いよくできている。N1まで聞いてほしいです。本当にありがとうございます。
とりあえずN3までです!
Understood everything from your other videos, JLPT4 and 5
As for this one, i am glad that yet again i understood all of it, 5 years of watching anime paid off
I will be looking forward to your future videos of JLPT2 and 1
I’ll be done with my finals next week so this summer i’ll have time to actually try to learn Japanese for real and especially Hiragana and Katakana
Hope you do well and just to let you know that these videos are fantastic! Keep it up ✌︎('ω')✌︎
I feel quite happy!
I had to leave Japanese language early as my Japanese “girlfriend “
Drained all my savings and I was in early JLPT 3 before I left and I understand at least 75% of what you said and that made me so happy!
Also I’ve already been back 3 times since I left and each time I improved!
I hope I can come back before summer is over!
すばらしいです!
またビデオ作るので楽しみにしててください🎉
mochi sensei kawaii
I'm definitely still N4. I can understand perfectly the dialogues in N4 videos but here, I can only understand the gist of it and catch some familiar words that I've learned these past few months. 30% understanding, 30% familiar words, 40% trying to string together some thoughts based on the words that I do recognize
この動画をありがとうございます🫧 思ってたより相当易しかったです
多分8割方理解できたので、そろそろN3の試験を受けた方がいいかな💦
Great lesson I understood at least 85% Thank you Mochi sensei
その調子!👍
Thanks for telling me to do more study about words😅
😭 arigato
I haven't even started yet😂
i understood more than half of the practices after the subtitled ones
Seems like I need to go a few levels lower hehe, but I really liked this way of practicing, by the way :)
Definitely not N3 yet. Understood a bunch here and there, though. These are great. Definitely helps to understand where we are.
Also? The hospital is probably the last place you should go if you think you have covid. Stay home a couple days and self test until you're sure.
第一練習は聞きつつよく分かったが、第二と第三は、テキストを見なければ、ちょっと難しかったです。でも、翻訳の行目を全然使用しないで、完了することができました。
Thanks to anime/vtuber, there is no more barrier to translate to my mother language to understand but understanding the japanese directly. JLPT becomes easier most of the time.
Meanwhile me hearing it like "During senshuu, I went to Kazegimi. During an event of change of timing, I hikigachi'd the wind"
I understood 95%. Will you produce videos for N2 and N1 levels?
We ned more videos like this for JLPT N3! When are you going to do other videos?😊
I'll do N5 and N4 as well, please wait!
I can figure out few words but the sentence formation is usually opposite of what it actually is
So far i can speak basic Japanese and can hold small conversions as well
Complicated words and accents are a further milestones i need to achieve
Gambaree me!
お疲れ様でした
ありがとう😊
I like your new hair color. ! Kawaii. !
I understood everything. My listening is clearly N3 but my writing, reading, and speaking are barely N5 to N4 because I rarely practice those 😂.
I miraculously passed the N4 test despite not studying any N4 kanji or grammar 😂 though I don't think the same would thing would happen if i dont properly prepare for ghe N3 😂
Being immersed in Japanese content all the time is what saved me from failing 😂❤
Is anyone like me who can only understand when it comes with japanese subtitles?
I can understand perfectly well without english subs and just jp subtitles but without jp subs im like huh???
先生 ありがとうございます
先生の声がとても可愛い❤
I can understand most of it with subtitles, because the only part of japanese in which I am not hopeless is reading and writing.
❤
hi mochi
おもしろいビデオです。
98%理解できた!今、N2勉強中です。あの、N2のバージョンがございますか。
I'm far from N3 xD I recognize words here and there, but it would take a few years before i get to that level if I had the chance to study.
なるほど、seems like I’m still missing some vocab and verb forms
Oh my god! I'm at the verge of N3?! With subtitles, ignoring most of the English, I understood it!
I'm tearing up 😢 I thought I was barely entering N4!!!!
I understood almost everything. I hadn't seen kazegimi before, but it wasn't important. I thought kokonoka meant she was sick on the 9th, not that she was sick for nine days.
I also didn't know odaijini is the correct thing to say to a sick person. Good to know!
This would probably be trouble for me if the person was speaking at a normal speed though.
いんすたぐらむ に むりょう pdf ありがとう ございます。
I understood most of the meaning even tough I did not knew a lot of words like おそらく、めったに、気味
i didn't get this one; if the "hiku" in "kaze o hiku" means to catch, how comes the "hikanai" in "metta ni kaze o hikanai-node" means catch too instead of doesn't catch? Is this another form other than the negation one?
Yeah well not N3 yet haha but, cool vid, thanks!
I definatly feel confident with my trip to japan this September cause after 11 months i understood all but the last one and that is because i have not learned word for steal or stolen yet so i assumed he bought a new wallet lol
11 month? 😮 Wow you are a fast and dedicated learner 😮 I am here after 10 years 😅😆
Chotto wakarimashita. I am able to identify words, but struggle with the the sentence and unknown words.
Itsumo arigato gozaimashita 🙇♀️
kawai so da ne!
こんにちは、
このビデオをありがとうございます。
1st one: 100%
2nd and 3rd one: 90%
I learnt a lot of new words and how to use them in a sentence from this, ありがとうございましたもち先生!
よかったです!また作りますね👍
Like 70-80% of understanding, I thought I was way behind N4 level (I am currently preparing for July), maybe I am not that far off at the end
Oh btw, also, isn't どんなにお金がなくても "no matter how much money you DON'T have" instead of simply "no matter how much money you have"? Anyway, that is even a smaller mistake. But I really loved these videos, I probably watch every Japenese TH-camr that makes learning content in English and I think these JLPT videos you made yourself are one of the best, I always learned new words and grammar I haven't seen in regular immersion aimed for beginners like podcasts. Awesome job Mochi-sensei :))
No matter how much money you have, u do not need to steal a wallet.
It does not make sense
Meaning teacher never make mistakes in this video
@@axventuregoh2707 Hm, care to explain? I mean Ga marking Okane and Nai is negative of Aru + Te mo grammar point so "even if there is no money" basically. Sorry about romanji, I am not with JP keyboard right now. Thanks for commenting though because that forces me to review and rethink the structure, but I can't see that yet...
What would be the difference of 変わるタイミングで and 変わるとき ?
Hello !
すごい、90パセントは分かりました。本当にありがとうございます、先生。
やったね!!
More or less.. Not bad... Not bad at all.
I didn't expect to understand N3 tbh... I guess I understand Japanese better than I thought 😂
Understood everything apart from ピラティス, but I have already passed N2
i got the context but not the exact word by word. i guess my problem now is lacking in vocab
Hello
I understood like 95% of it, parts I didn’t understand was a few words. なんかびっくりしました。
自分でびっくりしちゃいましたか?😂でも、うれしいびっくりですね!
ko ni chi wa I miss you
This confirmed I am 90% of N3
New goal! Get to N3, skip 5 and 4
I understood it alright, but I didnt know the meaning of some of the words like 気味
I was able to understand the general concepts, but I'm still far from N3 level
Okay...i understood everything except for 2 words, even though I haven't practiced Japanese for more than 2 years...
i could understand almost everything from the 1st practice but the 2nd and 3rd ? terrible 😂
