Quick tip: Add lights to your highways. I know that they come with an upkeep, but they also add electricity wires/cables under the highways. This allows you to 'transport' electricity. I recommend this as I saw that your airport area was lacking electricity, and putting extra wires/cables is just too much. I also just previously add lights to every single one of my highways, and it did save me from adding in electricity poles around my city. Hope this helps. :)

That's why I think they should create 'Warehousing plops' like the parking lots, instead of warehousing being spawned. Gives more control on the look and the warehouses would be your hubs to have cargo brought by large trucks (Industry > hubs) and then smaller delivery trucks will bring them to commercial zones. This helps with traffic so 18 wheelers are not driving through your city.

Another thing I’ve noticed to be common near airports (albeit not nearly as common as these industrial spaces) are golf courses! I dunno why but I’m guessing the land near airports are cheaper to buy big swathes of, making it easier to set up.

You're right, that is common. I think it's also helpful that golfers don't care about plane noise.

Love that you added a solar farm near the airport. It makes sense since there won't be a lot of shade and the area will be generally flat for the airport. Btw, I know Austin, Texas has some solar fields near their airport, if you were looking to base yours on existing structures (though I can't give an opinion on how well it was done). Loving the build. Just be careful of pollution with these new neighborhoods near industrial.

Can we change the farms to like a highrise office residential area near the medical school. It can be for rich people. The location is golden, in the middle of everything and looks directly to the centre of the bay. The farms there look pretty outta place at this moment in the city's development

The postal sorting facility has been bugged since day 1. Many of the weekly update messages from CO have said it's broken and remains broken.

Since you did put down the Post Sorting Facility down. There is a MAJOR bug that can break the game when you have a Cargo Train Terminal and the facility and mail won't be distributed and goods wont go to the terminal.
Just a heads up and absolutely love the city!
