The slower pace allowed me to follow the game better and helped me get a good grasp of the game. I'm no novice in poker but hadn't been exposed to this style until a few weeks back. Thanks for the good vid. And congrats on that win!
Nice start!! I used to use the same stagagy as you do,until I played with a lady who did not play the 3 card, and she folded j2 trip Jack's came!! Ugh I felt bad for her,but I always play the first hand now.
Any time you get a money card as one of your first 2 cards you play the 3rd card. If you have a money and a push card you play all 3 cards. That is basic strategy and will win money over the long run. I have been playing this game at casinos for about 7 years. I have caught 4 of a kind on 5 different occasions including once when I was doing 25 as a bet and got dealt pocket king's. I immediately tripled my bet on 3rd,4th, and 5th and street. The third card was a king to give me 3 of a kind, then a 9 was turned and I was hoping for another 9 for the full house. Instead dealer turned the final King on 5th Street. It paid 40 to one against my total bet of 250 dollars which was 10k......I also hit it twice on a 15 dollar bet for 6k each, one on a 10 dollar bet and once on a table minimum 5 dollar bet. I only play Mississippi Stud, Black Jack and Craps on table games. In Dec of 2017 I hit the lucky lady side bet on black jack with 2 queen of hearts in a 8 deck shoe against a dealer blackjack and it paid 25k ( 1000 to 1 ) on a 25 dollar bet. After taxes I got 18.007.38 cents. My best night on craps was when I got up almost 5k off a 500 dollar buy in one night and realized the hard way bets kept hitting. I threw 300 bucks on the hard 10 hopping ( a hopping bet is a 1 roll bet ) and sure enough hit it. It paid 30 to 1 so a total of 9k. Those are my epic table game wins
New subscriber here. Finally found a channel that film this. This is my fave table game, played it the other night and won over $700. But we don’t have 3 cards bonus here and also we only get paid on the jackpot if you get a flush or higher.
Recording your play is hard work! Lol it is distracting and I definitely play different while filming… Thanks for watching, more table action on @OldSchoolSlotsPlaysTableGames
Hi, I was watching this while I was listening to something else so sorry if you mentioned it in the video. Just curious why you lowered your bet while you were having such a good run? Is there some strategy to that?
Your money- play ANY way you want, but your subscribers should know that your strategy isn't statistically optimal. Again, totally your prerogative but those watching to learn game should know. Fun videos and this comment comes in peace and love.
It kills me to watch people like this play by their gut instead of the actual odds - which is your best chance of losing less in the long run (because very few people win in the end). Using the point system would have won you more hands in this session. Cards 2-5 are zero; 6-10 are one, Jack-Ace are two. If your hole cards equal 2 or higher, you see the first card. If those 3 cards equal 3 or higher, you see the next card. If those 4 cards equal 4 or higher, you see the last card. Stick to this and you'll see better long-term results. Good luck.
Your incorrect use of poker terminology, card nicknames, hands and in ability to explain the game to anyone who might not know how to play this game is astounding. And that is being civil.
Why didn't you get paid 30-1 on the 3-card bonus when you had trip 6s? You had a $10 bet, the pay table says Three of a Kind pays 30-1, so you should have been paid $300, you were only paid $10 (1-1)? Edit: In fact, you were only paid 1-1 each of the three times you made trips, makes no sense?

This is my favorite game to watch people play.. Not many people on TH-cam film it. So thank you!!
More to come, spread the word about Miss Stud!
Nice win! That was another fun Table Tuesday!
Glad you enjoyed!

You’re basically chasing cards around going to push 6-10 or win with jack or higher. Make a hand with the dealers cards
Great video! I love Mississippi Stud and play a lot of it too!
👍🏻
Wow old school is on fire!! 🔥
🤞🏼🤞🏼
Love watching people playing MS.
😎👍🏻
Great run, good stuff! Keep it coming!! Cheers!!!

You got several good hits this go around. Nice work
Yes thanks!
Finally tryed blackjack last Sunday, it was fun, so thanks for the lessons in so many videos. You did great today OSS 👍
Glad you had fun!
Congrats on your cash out. U did pretty good. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful Tuesday ❤☘🥰☘❤
Indeed!
Do you get the progressive if you muck your hand and get an unexpected 4 of a kind?
Nope.

YES! More to come Simone!
Played this for the first time tonight. Hit a full house and a few hands later, trips (6s, no less). I think I'm addicted already!
Nice! Be cautious...MS is a game of chasing!
nicely filmed and good comments
Glad you enjoyed!

Nice session 😊
Thank you! Make sure to check out @oldschoolslotsplaystablegames
This is a great game. How many table games are there where you can increase your bet when you KNOW you're going to win!
I still prefer LIR! have you checked out my table game channel?
I always look at the first card. I had friends lose flushes and/or full houses!!

Felt it was going to turn.
This is the only game I play at the casino! Love it. Do you have criss cross poker? It's like stud but with more outs
Yes, they have it at Mohegan.
How did the 3 of a kind on the 3 card bonus not pay out 30/1????
It's only the dealers 3 cards!
Ct has some higher scales but it's also a $5 progressive and the table minimum is usually 10 or 15 sadly
Noted!
I got a straight flush on mississippi's stud playing a three and a five of hearts
Nice!
Nice
😎
Always chase when you have jack's are better.
noted.
She did forget to pay you on the trips with your J’s
😢
Threw away a King and Queen after 3 cards and you are up, I love to watch but your play sometimes drives me crazy
😢
10:31 Why didn't she pay you?
EDIT:J's or better....I get it
👍🏻
Right, stick to your guns keep losing when you should win.???
Thanks for watching.

Thanks for watching and being civil.
But this isn’t a video on how to play this game.

You're welcome 😊
you have no idea how to play
I do.

30-1 trips are for the dealers 3 cards. Pairs plus bet
Never heard a gutshot straight draw called a gunshot before lol
😂
Good game
