The story behind this song is that this was the first song that karma wrote when he was sitting in the kalamkaar studio with RAFTAAR for the first time.....
Karma said this in his M.Y.P. announcement video on Kalamkaar , that after being signed by kalamkaar and getting a deal he was standing in his balcony with his girlfriend. It was nightime and it was pitch black with no stars. And he closed his eyes and said to himself that if his father is in heaven and is watching him from above and if he wants him to continue doing the rap thing then he (Karma) needs a signal , and after few seconds of complete darkness he saw a shooting star and that's when he was sure that he HAD to do this. It all just seems magical that how a person who stammers while talking can rap like that almost as if God made him just for that.
EPR is an excellent lyricist, but his "JAMAICAN" accent makes the thing more complicated and that is not fair, he should also think about it, kr$na also said the same in samay's live stream that he is making things more complicated to understand for the audience bcz of his Jamaican accent
In the long run when the Indian audiences realise the talent the kalamkar group and other true hip hop artists gully gang , 7 bantais, kaambhari , brodha v , harjas , kidshot,raga, muhfaad ,jtrix, epr and many more will thrive and surpass all.
