Here's the scones recipe as promised...
🫰🏾dry ingredients first
9 cups of flour
1 and half cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
9 teaspoons of baking powder
🫰🏾mix well
add 500g of softened butter/margarine
🫰🏾mix well until you achieve small crumbs texture
🫰🏾wet ingredients
3 room temperature eggs
3 teaspoons of vanilla essence/extract
3 cups of room temperature milk
🫰🏾mix well
IMPORTANT!!!: add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
🫰🏾mix well until creamy texture/as desired
🫰🏾bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
