Praying for you Luca🙏❤️, I too worry about the young people these crazy days…. Acts 17:26 we were all appointed to live at a certain time in History and actually where we live geographically, the optimum time for us to find God.
I've been right where he is and believe me, it takes quite some time before that longing for the happy feeling to go away and one day you'll wake up and realize you haven't had that thought in weeks and then months. Your brain has to start producing serotonin again and that can take some time but I pray for him to stay on this path and it truly is who you surround yourself with. All the best!

I loved what a guy said in my town about drinking. That he has problems and drinking would be another problem BUT it would become his worst problem. This helps me from time to time to remember.
Hopefully he stays clean and healthy. Today with so many pills being Fentanyl, it's playing Russian Roulette, an issue that our generation didn't have. That is a huge fear as a parent.
Addictions are so hard to overcome, praying Luca stays strong. He said something that I picked up on. He said people know they are doing wrong and they are proud of it. Wow! I tend to believe he is right. Sadly the amount of violence and crime we see daily is beyond understanding, so maybe they don’t care that it is wrong and are proud of “sticking it to the man”. I have said often, why do things have to be so hard. I realized recently that it's to build character. To overcome and strengthen. Struggle creates wisdom and compassion. You're a chosen one, imo. God a has a plan for you Lucca. Please trust the process. You are much stronger than you realize.

What a good kid. Just shows that drugs and alcohol can get the best of us "if" we let it. It happen to me when younger, twice. But each time when it got to that danger point, I stopped and gave myself an about face. I'd witnessed what it's done to others. It literally destroys who we are.

I respected my temple very early. My mom early on warned us of repercussions and danger. In some ways she created fear. All four siblings were cautious and drug free. We wouldn't jump in waterways without checking the depth first. Kids need guidance.

I have said often, why do things have to be so hard. I realized recently that it's to build character. To overcome and strengthen. Struggle creates wisdom and compassion. You're a chosen one, imo. God a has a plan for you Lucca. Please trust the process. You are much stronger than you realize.

What a good kid. Just shows that drugs and alcohol can get the best of us "if" we let it. It happen to me when younger, twice. But each time when it got to that danger point, I stopped and gave myself an about face. I'd witnessed what it's done to others. It literally destroys who we are.

I respected my temple very early. My mom early on warned us of repercussions and danger. In some ways she created fear. All four siblings were cautious and drug free. We wouldn't jump in waterways without checking the depth first.
