Love the Flamingo for proximity to everything center strip, cost is great with Caesar’s rewards and it’s a party atmosphere.

Was in it a few weeks ago and love it. Historic and vibrant and a fun atmosphere. Good for everyone from singles to families and you can go outside to eat close by. Having Diamond makes rooms there cheap with no resort fee

please comment on noise factor at pool and restaurants. regarding loud music
As mentioned, the main GO Pool is very much a party atmosphere with loud music, while the second pool is much quieter (other than residual music from the other pool).
Inside/at the restaurants, I personally didn’t find it to be too loud!

Biggest dump on the Strip. Our " renovated room" was dirty with a/C that was loud and sometimes worked , sometimes did not. Etc., etc.,
