I *love* this build :DD!! You're so so good at the modern building style!! I also love it when you try different styles, and I was wondering if maybe for a video you could try the retro style? Also for the next shape, if you haven't already, maybe you could do a trapazoid (my easier suggestion) or a cresent (my harder suggestion)? Thanks for reading my comment if you do ^^

Using the plain marking to make stepping stone paths is so smart! I wish I though of that whilst I was making one of my houses (I was making a driveway and it took so much money and time to place the stepping stones from the garden section). I love how to second floor isn't just outlining the first one. Typically, when I make houses like that I struggle quite a bit but you definitely pulled it off! For the kitchen, if you wanted to utilize the space a bit more I think you could've made a wrap around kitchen since it would take up more space. I love the vines along the pillared area! It adds some colour since everything besides that is neutral. I think you could've added more vines and make them different sizes so that it adds more shape (personally, I love overgrown houses/houses that have a lot of plants and greenery in general) but it would probably add onto the price lol! If you were to fully decorate it, I think you could've added some lounge chairs and more plants to the balcony to add more to it since it's a pretty large balcony.

As a builder on bloxburg aswell! The house you made is super nice and unique and the fact its a square shaped house !
If you can (tip) you can make a conservatory its quite easy and you can make loads of little shelfs and a clock but you wont have much privacy because all the walls and both of the doors to inside and outside the conservatory i hope it helps for rooms that you dont know what to do with!

The top house is actually a rectangle, mainly cuz all sides aren’t the same length
A little tip is you can use the counter top stove because the oven stove peeks out

From 2:23 to 2:24 that idea was used by my friend to actually make her pool slides SO TO GET TO THE SLIDE YOY GOTTA GO UPSTAIRS WET (if it were in real life but yk game-) and go on the slide and weee down you go- tbh it's fun and funny at the same time if it were irl--
Here's what I think you should add to this house for decor! :)
1: Small sitting areas, sitting areas could take some room and are extremely pretty and easy!
2:Combinations with plants and books! you could add around 3-4 plants in an empty corner and you could also add some decor like books or a candle!
3: lamps, ofc we need some lamps! :D
4: vines, add some vines to the pillars or the corners of an empty wall! for vines, you could use circle garments and then color to green and the material "grass"
5: shelves, add some shelves with decor like books, small mirrors, plants, etc.
