White Sauce Pasta for kids

Cheesy white sauce pasta for kids
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pasta
1tsp oil
1tsp butter
1 cheese cube
1/4 cup milk
salt to taste
2 tbsp maida (all purpose flour)
water to boil pasta
coriander to garnish
Process:
1) Boil the pasta till its 80% cooked.
2) In a pan add oil and butter.
3) Then add maida and roast it ( don't burn).
4) Then add milk and cheese cube and stir it.
(Make sure there is no lumps in it)
5) Then add salt and stir it.
6) Then add 80% boiled pasta in it and stir well.
7) Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
