Congratulations, good productive discussion after long time! Government seems not interested in effective family planning. Different incentives for couples adopting FP like education support to their children , preferential job allocation for one member of couples etc. Sincere meaningful promotion of FP is must. Some restrictions like disqualification for computers for siblings of large family or provision of free curriculum to only two or three children of family etc,
