A pinch of salt

1 teaspoon Baking powder
30g (2.5 tbsp) cocoa
120g (1/2 cup) melted butter

1 jar of sour cherries 680g (24.00 oz.)
37g (1.30 oz.) Vanilla Flavoured Pudding (1 packet)
For cheese mixture:
100g (0.4 cup) soft butter
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
16g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
4 eggs
600g (2.5 cups) cream cheese
40g (4 tbsp) cornstarch
100g (5 tbsp) sour cream
For glaze:
100g chocolate
80ml (0.4 cup) cream
Baking pan 24cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) for about 80 minutes, then leave in the oven with the door open for another 30 minutes.
Leave the cake in the fridge overnight

120g (1/2 cup) melted butter
360g (2 + 1/4 cup) flour
16g (2 tsp) baking powder
For cheese mixture:
500g (3 cups) apricots
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
1 egg
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
400g (1.6 cups) milk
80g (2/3 cup) cornstarch
150g (2/3 cup) cream cheese
150g (3/4 cup) cream
50g almond flakes
Baking pan 24 cm
Bake for 60 minutes at 180℃ (356℉)

60g (4 tbsp) sugar
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
120g (1/2 cup) butter
280g (1.75 cups) flour
The peel of a lemon
Baking pan 24cm
Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes
For cheese mixture:
200g apricots
20g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
40g (3 tbsp) water
660g (3 cups) cream cheese (at room temperature)
110g (1 cup) icing sugar
2 eggs (at room temperature)
20g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
65g (1/3 cup) cream 33% fat (at room temperature)
6 pieces of apricots
30g almond flakes
Bake for 60 minutes at 160℃ (320℉) degrees
