I love this! How do you determine the size of each layer when scrapbooking? Like is the light blue pattern paper 11.5 by 11.5? The dark blue is just the right amount of pop in this layout with that light blue paper. As a newbie, I’m having a hard time figuring this out sometimes.

Hi Tatiana! Honestly, it's taken a lot of practice. Many times, I determine the size by how many photos I want to include and what size they are. For example, a bigger border of the blue would have been too much with these 3 photos. Please let me know if you have any more questions. I'd love to help you if you need it.
