As a Singaporean, street side affordable food is something I look for. I couldn't care if the stall is under a railway track. If it's priced okay for it's food, I'll sit on a hard stone rock and eat it.

Ramen stall culture is getting decrease. So now not common for Japanese. That’s why I take these video. I plan to go to ramen stalls(yatai ramen) all over Japan for protect and preserve ramen stall culture 🍜👍

Ha right I use that amount of garlic for my whole family, but hey a great way to get spice and heat in your food without hot peppers and so healthy my Grandmother use to eat 3 cloves of garlic a day she was very healthy.

Seriously, it's not hygienic. The boss touches the seaweed, touches the rag, and cuts the eggs with his hands. He should handle the ingredients without touching his fingers.

I can't t speak Japanese - so if I order by pointing to the more expensive ramen, would it mean I'll get the one with MORE meat ? If I visit Japan, I'll love to try it. (Long ago when I was at the Shinjuku area, I did not notice any of these stalls)

There are 2 menu that are Ramen and Char-siu men. Char-siu men has a lot meat 😋👍🍖
