Reinventing themselves and doing a damn good job. Everybody complains about Cristian not being in the band. Remember there were 3 members that aren’t in it not just Cristian. Sometimes bands need to reinvent. No one complains about Killswitch or Sepultura or Cannibal Corpse and many others. The member that aren’t in it now, their music will be there and they will continue to make music if their hearts desire so. A name is just a name. It’s the band that makes the music whether it be old members or new. As for the new I’ll nino... keep up the great work. Love y’all.

I gotta say this sounds legit to me.....I didn't expect that I'd like the new line-up cause usually when bands change members its never that good or the same and almost always seems to be detrimental to the music, popularity, and sucess of the new band. Especially with multiple members leaving and the vocalist being 1 of those you would think it wouldn't work out but they did a hell of a job keeping this thing together.....quality work. Mad props too cause that isn't a easy thing to do either. Don't get me wrong.....I love the classic Ill Nino and I always will but I gotta say the new guys obviously know what they're doing as well and have the talent and they seem to mesh really well. Personally I would have started a whole new band myself but I'd imagine that the guys talked it over and decided to just roll with who they already are. If they all agree and its legit sounding good then why the fuck not. If they would have fucked it up then I'd be upset but it sounds good so it honors the group (new & old) and while it is different it still sounds familiar at the same time. Texas is waiting. I'm down to see the new version and whenever they play the DFW area I'll fucken be there in support.
Honestly I can't believe I barely noticed it was a new singer when I heard your new songs and I'm an early fan of the band. A testimony to how well you guys incorporated him and didn't let the spirit die. Always loved your stuff and it looks like I ever will :)
Facts!! I’m a year 1 ill nino die hard myself and dude just kills it. I wish they never split but I really like how everything still sounds the same as if nothings changed.
As a 19 yr old back in 2005 IIl Nino were my fav band. Glad to see them still making music. I love Kristian Machado in his vocal prime but he was a dead weight with his vocals in later yrs so getting this new vocalist was the best thing the band did.

They are currently looking for a perfect fit label to put it out. (They still don't talk to much about it publicly though).

Was worried when Cristian left but after hearing Sangre and Mascara I'm as pumped as I was the first time hearing Revolution Revolución and hanging out to hear more.
