I don't think housing is all his fault. If I drive an hour or two from where I live, housing costs are half of where I live. Quite a big difference it goes from near 1 mil here to 400k-500k there. Still pretty bad but honestly I would blame the provincial and municipal governments. Schools and hospitals are overcrowded and all the candidates aren't that great. They are pretty much the same but change education standards in schools. Hopefully Pierre can do something
