Hi Alex! I'm a quiet observer of your channel but I wanted to chime in on living alone. I have been living alone for almost 5 years after my separation/divorce and that first year was definitely the hardest for me but it's so nice being alone. It definitely is an adjustment but you learn a lot about yourself and just being more aware of things around you as well. I hope it does you good and doesn't affect you negatively. I will be praying for you in this new chapter. Love your channel!
You are not alone in feeling that way! I have been in a slump since the new year and definitely thought with the turn of the year I would be on my A-game! lol 🫠 We've got this though, stay strong! Welcome back, Alex. Hope you feel better soon. I had something similar happen about a month ago. Turns out it was a weird reaction to an inhaler I had to use for allergies. Two days in and all of the sudden I was feel semi-depressed. Since that is NOT AT ALL my usual state, I dropped that inhaler like a hot potato. Same thing happens years before that when I was taking Claritin. I now try to avoid allergy meds if I can help it. 👍 In other news: what is that fabulous nail color you wear. I’ve been trying to find one similar. ❤
So sorry you’ve been in a slump Alex! It’s the winter time and it happens. Happy you allowed yourself to feel the emotions for a while it’s definitely more healthy than people think. However praying and just really taking care of your soul and giving yourself some extra TLC is so great!
Living alone for the first time is definitely an adjustment! I live alone with my daughter and when my brother moved out it was so hard. But we’re here, we survived, you got this too! 💜💜

i also just recently moved out of my parents and i’ve been alone for the first time for 3 months but got a little 9 month old baby girl with me so not fully alone but only adult in the house. haha it’s been an adventure

I have been feeling the same way this season. Just exhausted and lacking motivation to do most things. I refuse to be idle as well.
“I will not allow my mind to be a playground.” I love that! ❤ Enjoy your time alone. You’re already way head. Ask God what he’d like for you to learn during this season and cherish it because we all need time for ourselves and sometimes that can be hard when you’re caring for others.
When I was first living alone it was a big adjustment, but now I don't really want it any other way! The thought of getting a housemate or partner gives me the ick hahaha. Good luck and take care of yourself!
When I was young .I love living by myself. You will be okay and now you can use her room to make an office 😊
