I am not being mean but for goodness sakes, as I read the comments it is just one after the other saying Recipe please, what is the recipe.
So either you didn't watch the video as she says several times the recipe is on her website while giving the website name, and even says the link is in the description below.

Sorry. Not pleased at all. The cooking with the ingredients left the whole dish bland. Followed exactly for the 3 lb. version. I could have cooked this in just plain water. Too watery too. Will not cook this again.
