My fave episode, Anton is really one-of-a-kind kinda guy, which in turn makes him be deserving of all the beautiful blessings of a wonderful wife, daughter & an extended family!! The father daughter relationship is so endearing n heart warming to watch, such a precious family! God bless them n thank u for sharing!
Probably my favorite episode so far haha Anton is such a loving dad and husband and a really funny guy! The in laws are very loving and I love this family:)
It’s heartwarming to see how even though his history is so painful but in todays we can have open dialogue with different people from different countries and from different sides. Unity, education and acceptance of the past and conversations are so important in our world right now
Love this family! Even the parents-in-law were amazing people. So much love exists in this family. I especially love how even though Sonya prefers her father over her mother (probably because he insists of having a huge role in parenting), you don't see the mother getting irrationally jealous. I've seen many parents who get jealous when their partner receives more attention from the child and get very whiny about it. Chorong accepts it well and does her best. Sonya will grow up to be a daddy's girl with a mother who is like a good friend. Cute fam.

I am sorry for being ignorant, but after watching this it's actually amazing 😭 made me move in tears and I couldn't stop smiling ...
IKR THEY ARE TWINS HAHAHA hes very handsome though ive never though david was particularly so hes good looking but i think anton is more handsome i believe its how he carries himself and hes colouring that enhances his attractiveness

Japan is well known for being a history revisionist country that doesn't educate its citizens on the truth about imperialist Japan's role during war time. History must be taught in order to prevent it from repeating itself, so its good for Sayuri to learn about the woes of korean independence fighters under Japanese rule.
