Welly Odendo: One needs to use the separation to reconstruct themselves...what about where welly said you need to embrace solitude, subtraction,suffering,seeing the vision(i think kuna s moja nimesahau if am not wrong) is it separating yourself from the environment/people who hurt you what if some people you know also know the person or institution you left and feel may be manipulated against and what you need might be neglected when you use this people(ama hapa ni trust issues) i.e feeling vulnerable ( hope am not being paranoid ). In this video you've said don't leave behind the community, i.e also feeling some private things should remain private by all means.
