From 1:25 to 2:30, Ben Crowe spills out the ultimate pearls of wisdom of living a stress-free, rewarding, satisfying life! Loved how he separates expectations from goals and teaches how we should focus on things we can control.
@@trytolaugh2318 Totally agree. Buddha taught the same (expectations are root cause of sorrow), Hinduism's Gita says the same (you have right on actions, not on the results). Am sure other beliefs aren't too far away from this core. And yet, it is the most difficult one to practice in real life!
Having heard Ben on ABC conversation podcast you can hear Barty channeling Ben in her interviews. He is very wise. I can relate to Ben being the youngest of six from a Catholic upbringing.
I get what you're saying and I in no way wish to be divisive, but I believe Ash Barty is channeling Ash Barty. Ben has provided skilled perspectives and insights to enable Ash to re-order her own amazing being into a more functionally effective Ash Barty ... it's all her path .... unique to her and the wisdom Ben demonstrates is I feel, an example of one who respects another's unique journey while assisting when helpful, to navigate a "terrain" he may be more familiar with through age and wisdom.
Real talk....this is Ashleigh Barty from Australia minus the racquet-smashing (Azarenka), temper-tantrums when loosing (Serena), fake injury/medical time-out (Ostapenko), no noisy grunting (Michelle Larcher de Brito), no drama queen (Jelena Jankovic), no one-slam wonder (Caroline Wozniacki), no choker (Li Na), no abusive father (Jelena Dokic), no alleged tax-evasion (Mary Pierce), no deranged fan (Steffi Graf), no childish-sulking (Martina Hingis), no complaint-queen (Alize Cornet) etc. the list goes on....LOL

I would like to understand more when he refers to the words which represent the best version of you
"Peace begins when expectation ends." Sri Chinmoy. ~. gratitude to you for your work and to Ash for the tremendous inspiration.

Thank you Ben Crowe
A colleague alerted me to this interview because I've trained women to six world championships. Ben Crowe is spot-on.
I can think of some politicians who could benefit from mindset coaching.
Great attitude
Well said Ben 👍🙏
