you guys are talking about making a new improved modern city but have sold only more or less 500 plots. lesser than ay small size housing society. stop talking about basic idea lets talk about actual work that has been done in almost 2 and half year. Sapphhire Bay work has not started yet. you bragged about more than 10 million acres but working only in couple of thousand acres. lets speed up the work. what has been achieved can not even cover RUDA officials and office staff salaries. speed up work at least 10,000 times more. thousands of people have introduced the project now lets start working on it as well.

i believe this will be disaster for Lahore it's already so huge city and expanding it means more people the biggest problem will occur when you destroy fertile lands and these lands produce vegetables for such a big city, a mega city must have all it's needs nearby just imagine how much it will cost to bring those fresh vegetables from further away and pollution will not be solve with this project at all my thoughts i could be wrong
Take an example of Dubai and Sharjah, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Delhi and New Delhi, many more other cities. This is the best project for Pakistan in the past 50 years since Islamabad.
