@@chadmullins7553 I agree. That's how i have learned what i have on DaVinci. I just haven't taken the time to do that with the fusion page. I think a lot of it is i don't have a background in any of this type of work. I've learned everything by watching youtube or trial and error. So there is still a lot of things that i just don't know. Like" you don't know what you don't know" if that makes sense. There are so many features that this software can do that i don't even know about or what its used for. Some of these features I'm sure would push my editing quality leaps and bounds. I'm still slowly figuring it out. Baby steps. I started with the edit page learned that decent. then i moved to the color page. I'm ok in that but still have a lot to learn. Then i moved to the fairlight page after watching your video about normalizing audio. that's about all i know in fairlight. Fusion page is next that i need to work with.
@@TheRustyGarageandHomestead You're taking the steps very well. It is confusing to learn and implement. VFX do not happen a whole lot in most videos, so its difficult for most to try. However, it is good to practice as when you need it, you will understand the way many of the nodes work. The motion graphics are probably used the most in Fusion, but the VFX are more fun and interesting, Hopefully people can give it a try and try to learn a bit about how these nodes work as a lot of them are what I use on a consistent basis.
@@TheRustyGarageandHomestead I am working on a video which will highlight a lot about editing in DaVinci Resolve 19. It will go over how to use DaVinci for everything starting at creating a project all of the way to exporting it. I will do in-depth ways of editing on the edit page, new features, color grading with many different types of log footage, some fusion, Fairlight stuff etc... etc... If there is anything you would like to learn about or suggest I include, feel free to let me know here and I will try to add it in. It's going to be a long tutorial, but I want to be sure to cover as much as possible.
You can download the footage here to follow along with.

Wow! This is amazing!! Nicely done!
Thanks
shift space :)))
haha thank you! I thought I heard it differently in a tutorial, so I thought it might be different.
Nicely done Mr Chad. When i get some free time i would like to give this a try with the eyes....... fusion is confusing
I know fusion is a bit confusing, but once you do a couple of things on your own which you have learned, than you start to remember the stuff easier.
