Hey, nidal I just wanna say even though I live in the UK 🇬🇧 we are still all praying for you 🙏🙏🙏🙏and VERY good luck! The best tip I have is really just to take it slowly I even had to have a mouth 👄 surgery 🏥 a bit before your accident and the people who hit you are VERY VERY sorry. Anyway, about my surgery, I just wanna say I had to eat soft food for a while and I took it slowly that is what you should do. I know it's a bit annoying at first but when you heal you will be able to eat all the food you want and also go everywhere you want and also get back to filming.
