Look, while I agree that Raven was a bitch for abandoning Yang and team STRQ, you can't argue with the fact that she is an interesting character that, while never becoming a mother figure to Yang, can be redeemed in other ways
I think tai mad, angry and punch raven in her face after hearing the bad news and he call out her action, betrayed, and crime and he go want help his daughters to defeat Salem for good and he called cop and authority to arrest raven for her past action and crime and she in jail.

Yang and the others haven't and by how Qrow reacted after Salem's illusion was shown during the last episode, he hasn't as well. it's rich talking on how you're gonna beat someone when you've never even faced them. Raven, with Maiden powers, is scared of Salem. what can little yang and her crew do against that? as the old saying goes: it's big to talk tough until tough punches you in the face.
also, raven has shown she is willing to fight to protect her life and even family. she just doesn't trust Oz and with good reasons to. then again, i guess if someone came to you and began spouting crap like you're special and i'll make ya special, you'll quickly jump in with no questions asked, right? cause it MAKES YA FEEL SPECIAL.
