@@zacktory161 i also started with one bunny. and now i have a pair. My first bunny is very happy with his girlfriend but before that he saw me as his girlfriend. I am home all day. Also with rescues it is better to let them first settle alone.

So many people end up just ignoring their birds if they’re not hand tame, (especially budgies😢) I have 30 birds, mostly rescues…Once you gain their trust, build a bond, they are your friends for life, & will repay you with unconditional love & hours of companionship❤️(& lots of fun entertainment!) Just a heads up: Gccs tend to go through a "terrible twos" stage where they suddenly begin biting their owners. Mine both did. If this happens to you, remain patient, don't yell at her, try not to react to the bite (hard to do but gets easier with practice) and just return her to her cage if/when she bites and firmly say "no bite!" If you do this, you'll have a wonderful friend and companion for life! Also, Green cheeks love to snuggle next to your neck. In fact, they love to be held more than being in their cages. That's definitely my favorite part about having them - in addition to their silly antics and funny personalities. They are very adorable, wonderful little birds!

This is amazingly simple. I used to get my inspiration from just roaming the petshop and looking for what I can make myself and some things took a real long time and effort to make. When they were played with, they were destroyed almost faster than they were made. I'm defenetly going to try there for my two new friends, who are now still with there parents but should be with me in a month or so. Also, I realy love Penny! It is awesome how you can just feel the conure vibe troughout the video. I love it! Well done!
I had a thinish book. The paper was eco friendly. Opening the book half way . I inserted it between the spokes of the cage, leaving the binder outside so he cannot eat any glur . It fit snug vertically so it was sturdy. Hes a little cross cut shreader and likes to hide there in the book sometimes too. Thank you for more ideas for bird toys.

I use to own a Timneth African Grey, Yellow Nape Amazon, Cockatoo, Conures, Quaker, Cockatiels, Love Birds and finally parakeets. I am down to 2 Quackers and my granddaughters have 3 parakeets. I alsonuse to make wooden toys for my birds of all kinds using baby toys. I just think it was a lot cheaper that way lol so now I find myself watching your videos because it has been over 10 years since I last owned a bird. Up untill this month of July of this year 2022. So keep those videos coming because I find them very helpful and look forward to making some your DIY bird toys and teaching them your bird trucks too. So I have a 6 month old conure and I’m planning on getting a second conure because he really enjoys being with other birds like my grandmas lovebirds (they hate him and attack him for some reason) so I just want to know if It’s ok to get a conure that’s a different age like older or younger because I might end up getting an older conure, so I hope that doesn't affect anything…

A very good harness is the aviator one! It has stretchy elastic so if they try to fly and get to the end it won't completely stop them, it gives them a slow(er) stop.
