This is a very informative video especially of starting your articles after your first CTA attempt. I took that route and I passed my CTA whilst doing 1st year of articles at a big 4, I then moved to TOPP after passing cause I never enjoyed auditing aswell at all! 😅

@@ntombi_123I applied on their website to one of their small offices, did an interview and was accepted, after receiving my results they asked if I still want to start my articles. Generally the small offices take people without CTA, it does happen at the big offices too but that one is less certain as it depends on the numbers, if they meet their target or not with the students that have passed CTA.

Your so real for that "i do not like auditing" 😂😂 im in my second year and do really well in our 4 core subjects but auditing i am struggling to grasp my mind around it, this video was so informative cause i also dont see myself doing auditing but i love Tax, Fin Acc and the others.

Hi, Yes this is possible. But you will get a 6 month penalty from SAICA for changing contracts. So you need to weigh your options but I know a lot of people who did it so its doable.
