I am thrilled to announce that I’ve just finished my book! In today’s video, I’d like to share with you my favorite dessert recipe: tiramisu, along with my favorite beer salmon recipe.
Tiramisu Recipe:
- 5 eggs
- 750g mascarpone
- 120g sugar
- 300g ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder
- 300ml coffee
Whisk the egg yolks with half the sugar until creamy, then gradually add the mascarpone, then whisk the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone mixture until smooth. In 300ml of sweetened coffee (with one teaspoon of sugar), dip the ladyfingers briefly. In a dish, layer the mascarpone cream and the soaked ladyfingers, then dust with cocoa powder.
Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
Beer Salmon Recipe:
- 2 salmon slices
- 5 tomatoes
- 50ml beer
- Olive oil, garlic, thyme (fresh or dried), salt and pepper
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic until it turns golden. Add the salmon slices and sear for about a minute. Sprinkle with thyme, then pour in the beer. Cover and let it simmer until the flavors meld. Uncover the pan and allow the sauce to reduce. Add the peeled tomatoes and cook on low heat until the sauce thickens.

Ce ne sera pas facile pour l'éditeur, mais j'espère vraiment en trouver un bientôt.
Oui, on peut ajouter soit de l'amaretto, soit une liqueur de café, mais encore mieux du bombardinooooo. Et super mais super bon avec le bombardino je vous assure 😉.
Le saumon à la bière et au thym est un de mes plats préférés. Parfait pour l'été car il n'est pas lourd du tout.

Congratulazioni, sarà un libro fantastico, non vedo l’ora di leggerlo! Invialo a molte a case editrici che trattano il genere thriller e tieni conto che le migliori ti risponderanno dopo sei/otto mesi. Non è necessario che tu ti rivolga a un editor per le correzioni, se ne occuperà la casa editrice in seguito, anche se è bene ripulirlo il più possibile in modo da rendere più semplice e scorrevole la lettura. Mi raccomando tienici informata! 🤗❤❤❤

Adesso farò un elenco con le case editrici che accettano i thriller e lo manderò. Il problema è che non sono per nulla in grado di fare una sinossi corta, ma ben dettagliata ed intrigante 😂😂😂
Il libro ho provato a pulirlo e ripulirlo e ogno volta trovo qualche errorino di battitura, qualche lettera mancante, etc etc... e anche se lo leggo all'infinito, dopo un po' l'occhio si abitua e non vede più nulla.
