You don't see many spies using the YER/Wanga Prick, or it could just be the fact it's the sneakiest knife and you don't realise. The Halloween effects and such can be annoying if you're going for the backstab and you get critted out of nowhere, or even just being invisible and getting past everyone.
I think people don't often use it because they need to disguise in spawn rather than out of spawn like the other knives. Even I prefer to toy around with my disguise kit before settling in with a disguise. The YER/Wanga Prick really disciplines it's user to pick a disguise and go. And the Halloween effects, yeah. They can be annoyingly out of place that I couldn't even be mad about. It's just how the event work. At least this video turned out a lot better.
