a tip is that when you are driving and you have cars if your side of the bumper hits where the tire is than you can move the car out of the way with hardly any damage

I know you guys probably won't revisit this challenge, but did you drive in Manual or Automatic? Did you engage the trailer brakes or just the ones on the trucks? Using Manual Transmission to keep yourself in a low gear will help, and utilizing the trailers brakes will also help.
I think we need to see these 4-wheel steering T-series in a figure-8 race or demo derby.
