The mechanic around Skills is just painful. Leveling is seen as a bad thing most of the time - unless you've spend hundreds of hours afk skilling just to make sure you can hit the monsters you're fighting against.
I just got back to the game after 20 years, I played about 10 hours and now I'm afking for more than 2 days to get Sword 75 just so I'm able to properly hit pretty much anything. It's a massive pain. I've never seen any other MMORPG where you are punished for grabbing some levels and rewarded by how long you can stay afk while walking a bit every 15 minute intervals.
I really would love to be able to just get back to the game and actually play it. It's no surprise that the worlds I used to play in had 1,5-2k players in them and now pretty much every server I could finds had 100-200 players. No new players will get there and be like "2 weeks of afking while hitting a mad sheep so I can start playing the game? Count me in!". It's just so painful.
So many tutorial videos of "How to start!" "How to make tons of money" and you can never get to that content if you're just starting since they often forget to mention the extremely long and boring days of skill farming.
Now I hope to get Sword 70ish in the next few days and maybe see if I still have any will left to actually play the game after all those sessions of nothing.

If your intention with this playlist is to help ppl to start from ZERO, you should not start it with a 112 skill character. 99,9% of the ppl who wants to start from zero don’t have a high skill character cause if they have, they bought them, and if they bought, thats no more from ZERO. Whatever, tks for your content

Same. I have only 2 hours a day to play (7 to 9 pm) and after 30 minutes in a hunt, i always get kicked by dominantes. I'm much better off going to WoW, at least there i won't be stopped from progressing my character for retarded mechanics and the subscription will be cheaper

lol... 110 distance fighting on lvl 8 seems pretty unreasonable. Most ppl will probably be starting out around dist fighting 50 or something if you afk trained a day or two....
How long will it take to get 112 distance ?

1 year and 4 month according to offline calculator or around 200 tc on char-bazaar

forget to mention orchids on elves as well
Orchids are only dropped by Elf Arcanists, wich he was not hunting. And I think the Heaven Blossoms pretty much have no value these days.
@@DuduRossetto He actually was hunting elf arcanists while he was in Yalahar, but you're right about shadowthorn he only killed 1 there

I really like the content bro... but don't you think that it's better to start a REAL zero character? I mean, create a new one and show us how to make gold... New players wouldn't have a 112 distance paladin... Again, your videos are great, but they not show the reallity of 'zero'. Gl in your journey!!
I mean, anyone can train a character before starting to actually play the game... In fact, thats what most ppl do nowadays
@@meunomenaoethiago284 for sure they can do it... but you have to train more than 2 months to reach that skills, it takes a lot of time!
i see some guys crying about skills 110+ in a lvl 8: if you have 250tc to buy a premmy, you have 50-100 tc to buy this "reward training" character, lol
