Only someone as talented as Lou can pull off that kind of make-up. She made it perfect, no smudges, props to her you guys! Especially the eyeliner! Wish I had the talent you have :)
Literally just do eyeliner every day, when ur home from work/school, in the morning of a day off, randomly in the night when u have the urge (but please take it off with proper remover before u sleep) the more u do it the easier it gets, it used to take me like 10 minutes to get my eyeliner even and it would be all smudged and jagged and now I can do it in 40-80 seconds and graphic liner only takes like 2 minutes, practise practise practise!!! (Edit because I forgot to mention) also u can use black eyeshadow to blend out any smudges and it creates the effect Lou's makeup looks like in this video so it's cute and helpful! Also test out different types of eyeliner, pencil is good for the waterline and to smudge out the edges, paint brush types as well as marker or pen type liners are good for the actual eyeliner but are horrible for the waterline and are stingy as fuck if u put them in Ur water line and like some of my friends swear by the marker type but I absolutely love the most paint style so like mix and match and don't worry about getting expensive eyeliners my favourite only costs like £2.30 and lasts me monthhsssss
