Hall of Fame.Valle is my favorite competitive SF player, always has been. I had never seen it played that way.Those VHS tapes made me realize that spamming is elementary.

Crazy to think that this level of play was going on at the time, when i was just some dumb kid on his sega saturn mashing without a clue in Alpha 2... Now all these years later, I now use the tech they innovated and strive to be at least somewhat near their level

Arcade culture was not what you think it was. Even seeing this, he had to find like minded people who took games seriously.
People like this in arcades I would just avoid, taking games seriously, they would loiter round all day, its kind of pathetic tbh.
Now with online gaming the pool of players you can play is astronomical it makes arcade FGC culture look trivial.
Facts, it makes me so sad that there isn't a local culture where i live, and people that do have it don't enjoy it

This guy’s the biggest jerk I’ve ever come across. The FGC folks just come off as scummy and hypocritical. I used to really respect the FGC, but when I tried to get involved, I ran into some of the most unbearable people. Seriously, don’t back these guys.
